What criteria do you use to differentiate between busy work and actions that produce results?
- Does the action directly generate revenue? It stays on the list.
- Is it integral in your plan to generate revenue? It stays on the list.
- Does it directly impact your ability to capture and keep more customers? It stays on the list.
- Does it involve you actively working with a coach or mentor? It stays on the list.
Everything else needs to wait or be taken off the list. We all have the same 168 hours in a week. How are you spending your time?
